LEMON SNOWFLAKE COOKIES

1 lemon cake mix

2 1/4 cups whipped topping

1 large egg, room temperature

drop or two of lemon extract if you want a stronger lemon taste (optional)

Powered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. DO NOT use a hand mixer! This batter is EXTREMELY sticky!!

Drop by teaspoons a few at a time into the powdered sugar and form into a ball.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.
