ANDIES MINT CHOCOLATE COOKIES

1 Devil’s food cake mix

2 eggs

½ cup oil

Andies mints (about 24)

Mix all ingredients except mints.

Form into 1” balls.

Bake 6-7 minutes.

Once you take them out of the oven, place one Andies mint on the top of each cookie.  Once the mint starts to melt, spread it around the cookie with the back of a spoon.

Let cookies sit until the “frosting” hardens.
