Cheese Ball

My Dad made this cheese ball every Thanksgiving and Christmas.  That was in the “olden days”  before you could buy cheese balls pre-made in the store.  We all love it!

2 (8 oz.)  cream cheese

1  (5 oz.) bottle Old English sharp cheese

1 oz. blue cheese

3 green onions, finely chopped

2 shots Worcestershire sauce

parsley

pecans, finely chopped

Soften cheese to room temperature. 

Mix all ingredients, except pecans, together. 

Put in frig to set up before molding into a ball.

Roll in pecans. Serve with Wheat Thins or a variety of crackers.
